Information Required For Booking

We require a valid credit card number to hold ANY appointment. As a courtesy to other clients looking for availability, no appointments can be held for any guests without it being secured with a valid credit card number (or a credit card on file). There are no exceptions to this policy. Please have your full name, phone number and/or email address ready at time of booking as well.

 

For those clients who do not wish to supply a credit card to secure their booking, or who are unsure if they are able to make their desired appointment time, we would encourage you to simply “walk in” at your leisure. We are always happy to accommodate our “walk ins” with the next available stylists.

 

For our repeat guests, all credit card numbers will be stored in your profile, fully encrypted and hidden from our view, only to be used for securing future bookings (and for future charges at your discretion).

Late Arrival, Cancellation, and “No Show” Policies

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment according to our stylist availability.

 

We require 6 hours notice for all cancellations and changes.  Clients are free to change or cancel their appointments with us, at no charge up until 6 hours prior to their appointment times. Any cancellation or change within 6 hours will incur a $20 cancellation fee.  Any client that does not show up for an appointment without any prior notice or cancellation will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to immediately charge clients credit cards for change fees and no show appointment fees, with no exceptions.

 

Changes and cancellations must be made verbally, over the phone, during our normal business hours, with our receptionist. Leaving a message on our machine outside of normal business hours will not be considered notice of change or cancellation.

Return policy

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges; nor do we issue any refunds of any kind for any products, services, certificates, or packages.

 

Blow la la gift certificates are non-returnable-non refundable.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Hair and make-up service policy

At Blow la la we do our best to identify potential issues and dangers.  We reserve the right to refuse service to clients that present a hazard or loss either to themselves or our stylists.  Blow la la is not responsible for any and all damage, loss of hair or extensions, shedding physical side affects, or any other issues that occur during service.  Retention of hair and hair products is at the client’s own risk, no exceptions.

Extensions policy

We will use every precaution to insure safe handling during your visit however, Blow la la will not be held responsible for any loose or damaged extensions during our wash and blowout services.

Stylist request

While we always try our best to accommodate your requests for specific stylists, we cannot guarantee that you will be paired with a particular stylist or makeup artist at the specific time and date of your choosing. But rest assured that we will place you in good hands, with a stylist highly capable of achieving your desired looks.
